As we launch this new organization, we want to collect photos that tell the story of how important this work is. We love photos of kids and groups. We love photos of new and old Mainers and Wabanaki people enjoying parks and lands. We love striking photos that showcase the best of  parks and lands.

Terms:

  • Winners will be selected by Labor Day 2026.
  • Winners will receive named promotion on Friends of Parks and Lands social media.
  • All submissions constitute a release of all rights associated with the image to Friends of Parks and Lands.
  • All photos shall be from a Maine State Park, Public Reserved Land, State Historic Site, Rail Trail owned or managed by the Maine Bureau of Parks and Lands, or other property owned or conserved by the Maine Bureau of Parks and Lands.
